Only down side on it to me is its just a vented windshield and doesnt fully open like the poly one. I know the quantum coating makes a huge difference on scratches and i like the bigger viewing area as well. The vent at the bottom is a nice feature. Overall this is the nicest glass windshield you can buy for a rzr in my opinion.
