Should I Oil My Ceramic Bearings Before Using Them

Ceramic bearings should not require any lubrication if i remember correctly. Info from them online says to oil them like normal bearings but i always thought ceramic bearings should run without oil. Oil dissipates faster than grease so typically shielded bearings using oil as lubrication will require constant care. There are opinions that running dry will shorten life.
